We always provide custom delivery/set-up pricing for all wedding/tiered cakes or large bakery orders. This will include travel and set-up time (if needed) and requires a contract to be signed by both parties. You also have the option to pick up your celebration cakes and other dessert orders.

Unfortunately, we do not take orders of any kind or answer any inquiries over Instagram or Facebook.

You can now place an order online on some of our desserts in advance for pick up at our shop! If you’re looking to place an order for customized treats, please send an email to hello@sachiscakes.com or fill up our general inquiry form that you can find here in our site. Please include the treats you are looking for, number of servings, flavours and the date. Some of our treat items require a minimum quantity for a custom order. Also, we are now able to provide US shipping on our cookies and Macarons.

Favor orders can always be customized on their “write in a custom item” section. You may call the shop to ask for items that may interest you and you can send it over to them. Their runners will give us a call to confirm your items.

The cake retainer fee is $100.00. This reserves your event date on our booking. The retainer is applied to your cake balance. The retainer fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Majority of our large events are booked 6 – 12 months in advance. Because we are an artisan bakery providing extensive custom work, we limit the number of custom cakes we provide on any given date, thus we recommend you retain our services as early as possible. This will also serve as your confirmation to have a 30 minute cake tasting at the shop with 4 flavors of your choosing.

All celebration cakes will require a 50% (non-refundable) down payment to confirm an order. No deposit, no confirmation. Remaining balance will be collected or must be paid 3 weeks before the pickup date.

All wedding cakes will require a $100.00 retainer fee. Please check our retainer fee section that can be found on this page. After the cake tasting, we will require a 50% down payment for the total cake estimate before releasing your final cake sketch and design. We will no longer release any cake sketches without deposit. All wedding cake payments must be made 45 days before the event.

The answer is simply, NO. Our artist/owner will always accommodate everything that you are dreaming of on having for your wedding/celebration cake. Gladly, she will come up with a design that will incorporate all your requirements with a special touch of uniqueness and art for your dream wedding/celebration cake. We are an artisan bakery, we do not copy cakes or will ever replicate a design as our respect to the previous artist’s work.
